About the Chippewa valley home builders association

Helping to Build Better Communities Since 1972

The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) is a member-based trade association governed by a Board of Directors that serves Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire and Pepin counties. Our mission is to build a better area housing industry through promotion, advocacy and education.

As a powerful voice for the housing industry, the CVHBA promotes the American Dream of home ownership and advocates for issues affecting the Chippewa Valley home building industry.

OUR MISSION Build a better area housing industry
through promotion, advocacy and education.

The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association is host to two popular Chippewa Valley events, the Home & Garden Show and the Parade of Homes. These events provide opportunities for area homeowners to seek ideas and resources for their next home project. In addition, the CVHBA provides numerous resources for homeowners on home building and remodeling, such as: the Homeowner Resource Blog, seminars on a variety of topics, guidance and assistance in answering questions on your next home project and a directory of our reputable members to help get you started.

With over 380 members, our members represent all aspects of the housing industry from builders to electricians to interior design to financing. Whether you're a business looking to be a part of strengthening the housing industry or a homeowner looking for resources, the CVHBA should be your first stop for everything home building and remodeling.

  • "Signature Homes has been a Contractor Member of the CVHBA since 1999. The Parade of Homes has been a fantastic marketing opportunity for us to show the caliber of homes we build year after year. Recently we have been using the ongoing Contractor Education Events to earn credits to meet State of Wisconsin licensing and enjoy the benefit of doing that at no cost. We are  also able to send prospective clients to the CVHBA when we are not able to take on their project or it’s not the right fit for us. We’ve also had the CVHBA forward prospective clients our way as well. We plan to continue our Membership and encourage others to join when we’ve been asked about joining the CVHBA."
